Invigor Informatika Kft. joins the Pure Storage Authorized Support Partner Program to Provide Proactive Support to Customers
Invigor Informatika Kft. today announced it became a member of the Pure Storage Authorized Support Partner (ASP) Program and will now offer support for the Pure Storage FlashArray product family to its customers. By expanding support for Pure Storage FlashArray solutions, Invigor Informatika Kft. will offer Pure Storage’s proactive support model to its customers as they transition to and maintain their all-flash storage solutions.
The ASP Program is available by invitation-only to partners worldwide that have demonstrated success in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support with customer satisfaction. The ASP Program provides customers with access to single-call support and streamlines the customer experience.
